Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
**We are offering an extended return policy on all holiday order up to January 15th, 2021, so you can rest easy that if anyone you purchase this as a gift for prefers to return it, we'll take care of them!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank account and/or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.

Shipping Address Problems
We only follow the shipping information based on what is entered on the checkout page upon placing your order. We are not liable for lost, held, or mis-delivery errors due to incorrect shipping addresses. Hence, order confirmations are immediately sent to our customer's email addresses to confirm the purchase that will also give them time to review its full details.
If your package gets returned to us due to the incorrect shipping address, and you'd like us to re-ship it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
